We ship to the address that is provided to us through our website. If you are in need of a change of address you are accepting full responsibility and Critter Love® will not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or damaged products.
We supply tracking numbers on each of our items. Once it is picked up by the UPS or USPS we are no longer responsible for said package.
Insurance on shipments are available with prior request and customer is responsible for the extra cost that will be incurred.
