- Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
- This fee covers the cost of inspecting, re-stocking, and ensuring the quality of the returned product.
- Exchange Option:
- If you wish to exchange the unopened pet food item for an alternative product of equal or lesser value, you may do so within the 30-day return period.
- The 15% restocking fee still applies to exchanges.
- Exclusions:
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used pet food items.
- Perishable goods and custom-made pet food are also exempt from our return policy.

- Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping the unopened pet food item back to us for a return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

- Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
