Critter Love® Delivery Policy 

At Critter Love®, we prioritize the safe and comfortable transport of your beloved animals. Our commitment to quality extends to our delivery process, ensuring peace of mind for both you and your new companion. 

Transportation Process: Your animals will be entrusted to a USDA-licensed pet transporter for safe and reliable delivery. Our transport routes span nationwide and operate regularly, typically once or twice a month, offering convenient door-to-door ground transport services. 

Delivery Timing: Due to the nature of our transport routes, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed until our transporter finalizes their schedule. While we strive to expedite the process, please understand that factors such as traffic, construction, and weather conditions may impact actual delivery times. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we work to ensure the safe arrival of your furry friend. 

Communication and Updates: We keep you informed every step of the way as well as send you the link to the transporters travel page on Facebook. Any changes to delivery estimates will be promptly communicated to you or it will be posted on the transporters travel page. Our drivers will contact you directly using the phone number provided in your application when they are nearing your location.  

Receiving Your Companion: To ensure a smooth delivery process, the buyer or an authorized receiver must be available to meet our drivers within 15 minutes of arrival. Please have a government-issued photo ID ready for verification and be prepared to sign all necessary documents, including the USDA Transfer Form and Critter Love® contract. 

Non-Compliance Policy: Failure to meet our receiving requirements may result in the transporter leaving with the animals. In such cases, you may opt to have the animals redelivered at your expense or cancel the sale. Please note that cancellation entails forfeiture of deposits, shipping fees, and vet fees. Additionally, a new shipping fee will be applied for returning the animals to the seller. 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a 50% restocking fee of the original purchase price will be deducted from any remaining balance, with the remainder refunded to the buyer. Please keep in mind that "ready by" dates are approximations, as we prioritize the health and welfare of our animals before they join their new homes.
