How to use this chart

First, enter the size of your colony,

Second, enter the total number of days for which you would like to prepare salad.

Third, use the drop-down menus at the top of each column to select whether you would like to make that particular salad this during you selected time span or not.

Lastly, select the unit of measure you'll use to shop and prepare the salads. You'll see your shopping list on the right hand side. Just print it out and take it with you!
