No where in the description does it state need to mix with other ingredients to include egg honey and other items it has recipe on back but doesn't state if required or optional I emailed critter love and the reply was rude and condescending and claiming everything was made clear which I don't Know how that's the case since after I bought I skimmed some reviews and at least one other seems to have found this out only after ordering unless you count the fact that in some other location on there site it allegedly states this but there lack of care to customers can't fix the product description or be respectful when replying to inquiries that shouldn't be necessary.

I was responding to your concerns on the weekend, where we are closed and normally doing most of our ranch work. I responded on Saturday as I didnt want you to feel ignored. I did not realize there was a difference between the Plus and Complete. I figured I would get the Plus for the 1st time as it was a little less expensive and with the shipping charge being so overly expensive it's almost $20 shipping and it still takes over a week for it to arrive. Shipping was definitely over $16 and that's standard the lowest price available for shipping.
The Worst part of All...My Sugarbaby will not eat it. She loves the Complete and now I have to see her unhappy and sad without her Juice the "Complete"! I wish I knew about the difference as it was so confusing I didn't understand. First time not buying the combo pack with pebbles and the Complete, which I just call it her juice. It's a huge $60 mistake. I don't have the money and cannot afford to buy her the correct food now. It will be another 6 months before I can place another order and get the kind she loves and stuck with something she will not eat.
She's 12yrs old and not sure she will ever be able to enjoy it once more as her partner passed away in April.
It breaks my heart to see her disappointment when giving her the new Plus food and it's not her Complete. 😭😭🥺
Kat, we are sorry you chose and purchased the incorrect product. Once the Plus is mixed, if directions for mixing, using the proper ingredients, is corret, the nutritional value is the same. However, when making the Plus the raw honey used in it, will vary in flavor depending on season. Many gliders will not like it if you are using 'pure' honey instead of raw honey.
Also, we have no control over shipping costs. We use the UPS software and just add in our products weight and size and they calculate depending on weight and location. It is out of our control.
It is sad to see you chose to give us a 1 star review for a product you ordered by mistake without even reaching out to us when you first realized you made the error to see if we could help you out.
It is obvious to most that if a product has a different name, it is a different product.
I like having both formulas around, Incase
